1. CARDIO-PRED allows you to predict the probability of a protein (or a gene) being involved in cardiovascular disorders.

2. Go to Tool and input your gene name or PDB ID and click submit to get the prediction probability.

3. You can also choose from attributes to display.

4. Interaction maps can be viewed by clicking on the 'View Interaction Map'.
