MED-PDB is a web based tool designed to improve the efficacy of researchers and clinicians by providing the information about the use of various plant parts and plant extracts in procurement of various severe diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Epidermal injuries etc. based on machine learning algorithm. Target specific property of particular plant part extract is defined by its active component and its involvement for the cure of any disease which might be working with diseased metabolic stat. By providing the consolidated and comparative information about the medicinal plant and disease a more lucid analysis of disease mechanism can be done.
