Data can be queried by the following parameters:

miRNA	Select the miRNA for which you want to know its target genes
Genes	Select the gene for which you want to know about the associated miRNAs
Diseases	Select the disease for which you want to know the disease-miRNA relationship

Attributes can be selected which are the categories which will be displayed in the respective results. Selecting a particular attribute will restrict the results displayed to show only the desired information. The miRNAs, Phenotype, and Genes are selected by default which will quote information regarding the query while the different attributes include Pubmed ID, miRNA sequences, Chromosome number, Chromosome location and p-value.
